Clear SLAs for pick accuracy, build time, and component reconciliation are essential to avoid disputes.

A direct-to-consumer candle brand sells single scents and curated three-scent bundles. If bundles are frequently requested in custom combinations, maintaining component inventory of single-scent tins and inserting them into bundles at pack time allows flexibility and reduces finished-bundle SKUs. If the majority of demand is for a small set of pre-configured bundles, producing finished goods reduces per-order labor and speeds shipping.
