A tablet that fails functional testing never reaches the acceptance sample pool.

  • Align Documentation: Cross-reference functional test records with acceptance test plans to speed investigations.
  • Set Clear Responsibilities: Decide who logs results, who authorizes rework, and who signs off final acceptance.
  • Use Sampling Wisely: Apply statistical sampling for acceptance tests when contract allows; retain 100% functional checks where risk demands.
  • Close The Loop: Feed acceptance failures back into functional test design to catch systemic issues earlier.
