To operate both approaches effectively, the WMS must support grade attributes, inspection workflows, and conditional allocation rules. Integrations to marketplaces, ERP, and pricing engines are necessary so that a grade change immediately updates available channels and pricing. Barcode/RFID linking of grade data prevents manual errors during picking and shipping.
