Testing, Measurement, And Continuous Improvement


Run controlled experiments to measure the real impact of algorithmic pricing on revenue and operations. Typical tests include price A/B testing, segmented rollouts by geography or store, and time‑window experiments around promotions. Track not just revenue lift but also fulfillment KPIs (on‑time rate, order cycle time, returns) and customer metrics (repeat purchase rate, NPS).


Use learnings to refine both the model and the operational playbooks: tune update cadence, expand categories that respond well, and tighten rules where volatile outcomes occurred.
