The implementation process begins with data: shipment volumes, SKUs, origins, destinations, costs, and service requirements. Use that data to identify consolidation candidates, design aggregation points, and test bundle sizes. Successful rollouts prioritize pilot lanes, clear KPIs, and strong governance between shipper, 3PL, and carrier.
