Step 1 — Risk-Based Scoping

Step 2 — Define Inspection Criteria And SOPs
Create clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for every inspection point. SOPs should state what to check, acceptable tolerances, example photos of defects, and disposition rules for failures.
