Errors in manual insertion — missing manuals, wrong revisions, or misplacement — trigger returns, customer complaints, and compliance issues. Warehouses that rely on manual insertion can achieve high accuracy rates by applying lean packing principles, simple technology, and focused training. Designing The Station For Accuracy
