Amperage Arbitrage

Amperage arbitrage is the practice of shifting electrical current usage or stored energy to take advantage of time-varying electricity prices or grid incentives. It involves increasing draw or charging when power is cheap and reducing draw or discharging when prices are high, thereby lowering costs or earning revenue. This strategy is commonly used with batteries, electric vehicle fleets, and demand-responsive loads to optimize energy economics.
