HRP Compliance is adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration recommendations and regulatory practices that govern safe Human–Robot Proximity interactions. It involves performing risk assessments, implementing engineered safeguards and controls (such as guards, sensors, and interlocks), and establishing procedures and training to prevent injury when people work near robotic systems.
