Unused Merchandise Drawback is a U.S. Customs program that allows importers to recover duties, taxes, and fees paid on goods that were imported but later exported or destroyed without having been used. To qualify, the goods must be the same or commercially interchangeable and the claimant must meet Customs' documentation and filing requirements.
