Track per-unit costs after go-live and conduct quarterly reviews to identify productivity gains. Automation or process refinement can lower per-unit fees — negotiate shared savings clauses where both parties split efficiency gains from process improvements. For evolving SKU assortments, include clauses to renegotiate pricing when product complexity changes materially.
