A regional grocery DC schedules a driver with a refrigerated van to complete 20 customer deliveries between 8:00 and 14:00. Each stop has expected service times (2–5 minutes) and several have 1-hour delivery windows. The route planner sequences stops to keep the van’s temperature stable, prioritize medical deliveries first, and minimize left turns to speed progress. The result is a single multi-stop route that balances customer SLAs with vehicle capacity.
