(“Nissho”), a leading supplier of packaging products and services in Japan. This strategic move expands Berlin Packaging's footprint in the Asia-Pacific region and provides new opportunities for customers worldwide.

    Founded in 1965 in Osaka, Japan, Nissho offers an extensive range of packaging solutions, including glass and plastic products sourced from high-quality local manufacturers. Serving thousands of customers across various sectors such as food and beverage, beauty, personal care, and healthcare, Nissho operates multiple locations throughout eastern, western, and southern Japan. The company is recognized for its comprehensive value-added services, including design and new product development, sourcing and procurement, warehousing, filling and assembly, and logistics management.


    Strategic Significance of the Acquisition
