    Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH), a global leader in technology services, has expanded its partnership with Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE), the world’s largest temperature-controlled warehouse REIT. The collaboration will enhance Lineage’s customer service operations using Agentic AI and other advanced technologies to deliver a more unified and responsive service experience.


    Empowering Customer Care with Agentic AI


    The enhanced partnership introduces Agentic AI capabilities to support Lineage’s customer care professionals. These tools are designed to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and provide predictive insights—all while preserving trusted client relationships.

    Building on the “One Lineage” Framework


    This initiative aligns with Lineage’s “One Lineage” framework, which integrates the company’s tools and processes across its vast network of more than 485 facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Customers will continue using familiar platforms like Lineage Link—now with enhanced AI-powered capabilities.
