Expansion Enhances Service Offerings and Strengthens Regional Supply Chain

A. Duie Pyle, a leading family-owned transportation and logistics provider, has opened a new 186,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Gastonia, North Carolina. This marks the company’s first facility in the state, strategically located just outside the Charlotte metropolitan area to address the needs of a key customer and expand its extensive network.

Enhancing Customer Support and Supply Chain Efficiency

Located at 1338 Mount Olive Church Road, the Gastonia facility will offer a wide range of services, including warehousing, pick and pack, consolidation, deconsolidation, hazmat storage, and bulk storage. With parking capacity for up to 75 trailers, the center is designed to improve efficiency for the customer’s nearby manufacturing plant, ensuring quick access to materials and minimizing production delays.

Boosting Local Economy and Job Creation

Since opening, the facility has created 20 new jobs, with an additional 15 positions expected by the end of 2025. In total, the project will bring 35 jobs to the local economy, reinforcing Pyle’s commitment to community growth and development.
