    Elevator, a co-warehousing and community-centered business model, is expanding to Des Moines, Iowa, with the support of $1.6 million from its latest equity funding round. This marks Elevator’s second location after a successful launch in Omaha, Nebraska, where over 100 businesses and 300 members currently benefit from its unique offering of flexible space and comprehensive support for small businesses. Located at 12th and Mulberry Street, just two blocks from Pappajohn Sculpture Park, the new facility brings Elevator’s mission to support small businesses and creatives to Des Moines’ vibrant entrepreneurial district.
