    GOFO announced today at Manifest 2026 that it has completed the acquisition of CIRRO E-Commerce, strengthening its commercial execution and expanding its ability to support U.S. merchants with a more integrated end-to-end delivery experience. The acquisition builds on the companies’ strategic partnership announced in October 2025 and reflects GOFO’s continued investment in the U.S. market.


    Combining Commercial Expertise With Nationwide Delivery Infrastructure


    The transaction brings together CIRRO E-Commerce’s U.S. market expertise, established customer relationships, and e-commerce integrations with GOFO’s nationwide last-mile delivery network and operational infrastructure. By combining commercial execution with delivery scale, the integrated organization aims to improve reliability, consistency, and customer experience for merchants operating in the U.S. market.


    Leadership Appointments to Drive U.S. Growth


    As part of the integration, GOFO announced two executive appointments to lead commercial strategy and U.S. sales execution. Ron Jansen has been named Chief Commercial Officer, U.S., responsible for driving commercial strategy and growth, while Vincent D’Amato has been appointed Chief Sales Officer, U.S., overseeing U.S. sales execution and customer expansion.

    The acquisition is intended to create a more seamless delivery experience for merchants by aligning commercial strategy, customer experience, and last-mile execution under a single organization.
