GXO Logistics Renews Omnichannel Logistics Agreement with Versace, Extending 15-Year Partnership
GXO Logistics Inc. (NYSE: GXO), the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, has renewed its long-standing partnership with Versace, further solidifying its role in managing omnichannel logistics for the luxury fashion brand. This renewal marks over 15 years of collaboration, covering logistics for Versace’s entire product portfolio, including B2B and B2C returns, quality control, and value-added services such as labeling and garment repairs.
Expanding a Decades-Long Partnership
The partnership has evolved over time, integrating additional sales channels and product categories. “We are honored that Versace continues to entrust the management of its logistics to our teams in Italy, bringing our collaboration to nearly two decades,” said Alessandro Renzo, GXO’s Managing Director for Italy and Switzerland. “We’ve expanded our partnership over time, adding additional sales channels and new product lines, and we’re eager to continue growing together through tech-driven continuous improvement.”
GXO processes approximately 2.4 million Versace products annually, including hanging and flat garments, accessories, perfumes, jewelry, home products, and raw materials. These operations are managed from two warehouses in Bellinzago Novarese and Novara, which feature 12,000 square meters of mezzanine space to optimize storage and handling.

GXO continues to enhance operational efficiency through cutting-edge technologies, including hanging garment sorters, RFID systems, and conveyor belts across its warehouses. Additionally, GXO’s sustainability efforts are reflected in the use of LED lighting and a direct staffing model aimed at improving environmental and operational performance.
