M&M Quality Solutions Expands Cold Storage Operations in Kansas City’s SubTropolis
M&M Quality Solutions, a national third-party logistics (3PL) provider with over two decades of experience, has announced a major expansion with the launch of a new cold storage facility inside SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex.
The new 18,757-square-foot site at 9000 N.E. Underground Drive, Pillar 112, will function as a regional cold-chain hub for temperature-sensitive logistics, including food and supplement storage and refrigerated distribution. The SubTropolis location offers a naturally climate-controlled and energy-efficient environment, ensuring product integrity while reducing operational costs.
“This expansion reflects our commitment to the future of logistics and to the Kansas City region,” said Brian McMaster, CEO of M&M Quality Solutions. “SubTropolis provides the perfect environment for our Adaptive Growth Logistics model—offering our partners reliability, efficiency, and intelligence in how products move, market, and grow.”
Cold Chain Meets Innovation
The facility features truck and rail dock access, optimizing both inbound and outbound operations for streamlined distribution. M&M Quality Solutions’ investment aligns with Kansas City’s growing status as a central logistics corridor connecting national cold-chain networks.
Adaptive Growth Logistics: A Smarter 3PL Model
M&M Quality Solutions has introduced a next-generation 3PL framework known as Adaptive Growth Logistics (AGL), a model that merges operational excellence with data-driven marketing and competitive insights. This approach helps brands scale intelligently by integrating logistics efficiency with market opportunity analysis.
Economic and Regional Impact
Located within the Parvin Road Corridor TIF Plan, the facility will support regional infrastructure improvements, job creation, and economic development through activity-based tax reporting. The lease began in September 2025, with operations fully underway by October.
