MODE Global, a top-tier third-party logistics (3PL) firm, has officially acquired the freight brokerage division of Jillamy, further cementing its position as a leader in supply chain and logistics services. Jillamy, an independent agent of MODE Transportation, is known for its strong freight expertise and customer-focused logistics solutions. This acquisition allows MODE Global to deepen its service offerings and expand its reach across North America.
Strengthening Industry Presence and Capabilities
The acquisition of Jillamy’s freight brokerage division aligns with MODE Global's strategic growth plan, enhancing its logistics services and expanding its footprint. Jillamy’s warehousing, packaging, and fulfillment services will continue independently, while the freight brokerage team transitions fully under the MODE Global brand.
