Octup Raises $12M to Build AI-Powered Operating System for 3PLs
Octup, a Tel Aviv–based startup, has raised $12 million in seed funding to build what it calls the “operating system for 3PLs.” The round was co-led by Shine Capital and JAL Ventures, with additional backing from Stone Capital, Tal Ventures, and HCS Capital.
Octup’s platform connects WMS, ERP, order, and shipping systems to deliver real-time visibility, proactive alerts, billing automation, SLA tracking, labor planning, and a modern client portal—all designed specifically for third-party logistics providers.

A Smarter Backbone for Logistics
Octup is focused on eliminating outdated spreadsheets and manual processes still common in the 3PL industry. Its unified platform offers:
- Real-time operations visibility
- SLA tracking and exception alerts
- Automated billing and labor forecasting
- A white-labeled portal for 3PL clients
“The 3PL industry is the backbone of eCommerce, and it’s overdue for smarter software,” said CEO Alon Partuk. “This funding allows us to accelerate development and deliver better tools for operators to scale profitably and transparently.”
The global 3PL market is projected to reach $1.877 trillion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 10.5%. As logistics complexity increases, Octup aims to replace outdated spreadsheet-based processes with intelligent automation and real-time insights. The company already supports hundreds of 3PLs across Tel Aviv, Toronto, and Austin, Texas—managing millions of square feet of warehouse space for thousands of brands.
Expansion Plans and New Leadership
The investment round also brings a leadership boost with Dror Feldheim, co-founder of retail unicorn Trax, joining as Chairman of the Board.
"Octup is building a real-time OS for logistics, and the market is hungry for it," said Mo Koyfman, General Partner at Shine Capital. “Their deep domain expertise and product-led strategy position them to lead the next wave of innovation in logistics tech.”
Octup plans to triple its headcount, enhance its AI-powered forecasting and exception management tools, and further expand across North America.
Octup’s goal is clear: to become the real-time command center for modern 3PLs, giving operators the tools they need to run smarter, faster, and more transparently in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.
