The Columbus facility, now fully licensed to dispense medications across all 50 states, adds advanced capabilities to Orsini’s service network. Designed with redundancy and resilience in mind, the facility integrates specialty pharmacy operations with co-located 3PL functions and includes ultra-cold storage for gene and cell therapy programs.

This dual-service model enables Orsini to manage both the distribution and logistics of highly specialized treatments under one roof, ensuring faster delivery times and seamless coordination between manufacturers, providers, and patients.

Supporting Rare Disease Commercialization

The first biopharma partner to utilize the integrated platform is Immedica Pharma, a company focused on developing and commercializing rare disease products. Through this collaboration, Orsini’s new facility will play a key role in supporting Immedica’s launch and distribution strategy within the U.S.
