Pallet Launches New AI Platform to Execute Complex Logistics Operations at Scale

Pallet announced the launch of a new AI platform designed to execute complex logistics operations at scale, moving beyond basic task automation into full end-to-end workflow execution. Unveiled during Manifest, the vertically integrated platform combines logistics-trained AI models, embedded operational knowledge, and intelligent agents to handle exception-heavy processes such as cross-border shipments, intermodal moves, hazmat operations, and invoice auditing. Already live with enterprise operators, the platform is designed to reduce cost-to-serve while improving accuracy, productivity, and scalability in high-stakes logistics environments.

  • Pallet Launches New AI Platform to Execute Complex Logistics Operations at Scale

Pallet announced the launch of a new AI platform designed to execute logistics operations at scale, moving beyond task automation and into full end-to-end operational execution. The announcement marks a significant step in how AI is applied within logistics, particularly for complex, exception-heavy workflows where accuracy and control are critical.

Moving Beyond Task Automation in Logistics AI

While AI adoption in logistics has grown rapidly, many organizations continue to struggle with scaling it across high-stakes operations. According to industry research cited in the announcement, most AI deployments remain limited to narrow, low-risk tasks, leaving the most complex and costly workflows heavily dependent on manual coordination.

Pallet’s new platform is designed to address that gap. Rather than focusing on isolated tasks, the platform executes entire workflows across logistics operations, including areas such as cross-border shipments, intermodal moves, regulated goods, and other environments where tolerance for error is extremely low.

A Vertically Integrated AI Platform for Execution

At the core of the platform is a vertically integrated architecture that combines custom AI models trained specifically on logistics data, enterprise memory that encodes operational “tribal knowledge,” and an agent builder capable of executing complex workflows end to end. These agents validate outcomes automatically and escalate true edge cases to human operators when necessary.

This approach allows logistics teams to run sophisticated operations with greater consistency while reducing the coordination burden typically required to manage exceptions across multiple systems and customers.

    Early Results From Enterprise Operators

The platform is already live in production with several enterprise logistics providers, including Everest Transportation Systems, Mallory Alexander, and STG Logistics. At Everest, Pallet’s AI platform is running more than 20 agents across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, supporting truckload, freight forwarding, intermodal, and hazmat divisions.

According to results shared in the announcement, Everest has reported up to a 15% reduction in operating costs and a 30% increase in employee productivity since deploying the platform.

Expanding AI’s Role in High-Cost Logistics Operations

Pallet’s platform targets some of the most operationally challenging areas in logistics, including hazmat handling, customs classification, and multi-step invoice auditing. These are environments where mistakes are costly and scaling operations traditionally requires significant headcount and coordination.

By embedding accuracy and control directly into execution, Pallet is positioning its platform as infrastructure for running logistics operations, not just supporting them. The launch builds on a period of momentum for the company, including recent funding, the introduction of parallel agents for high-throughput execution, and surpassing 70 enterprise customers in production.

As logistics organizations continue to look for ways to scale complex operations without increasing cost-to-serve, platforms that focus on execution rather than automation alone are likely to play an increasingly central role.
