Princeton Logistics Launches Aerospace & Defense Division to Support Government and Military Contractor Growth
New unit will serve defense contractors and federal agencies with time-definite, compliant logistics solutions
Princeton Logistics, a leading provider of e-commerce middle mile and time-definite less-than-truckload (LTL) services, has announced the launch of a new division: Princeton Aerospace & Defense. This strategic expansion is designed to serve the complex and highly regulated needs of government agencies, defense contractors, and military logistics customers.
A veteran-led initiative for a mission-critical sector
The new division will be led by Jim Neebling, president and founder of Princeton Logistics, who brings a long history of providing mission-ready logistics solutions to public sector clients.
“Earlier in my career, I provided logistics solutions to military and government customers,” said Neebling. “Today, with the rapid growth of our Steel Lion MPA alliance, the time is right to establish a focused team that can scale with the unique needs of this sector.”
Steel Lion MPA: a catalyst for growth
The formation of Princeton Aerospace & Defense builds on the success of the Steel Lion Mentor-Protégé Agreement, a Small Business Administration (SBA) program initiative led by retired U.S. Army colonels Kenny Mintz and Eric Timmerman. This partnership has already produced measurable growth in defense contracting and aerospace logistics.
With the new division, Princeton Logistics will further enhance its service offerings while adhering to federal compliance standards, including ITAR, DFARS, and other Department of Defense requirements.
Expanding capabilities, maintaining integrity
By segmenting its government and defense services under a dedicated brand, Princeton Logistics ensures that clients in the public sector receive tailored, secure, and reliable logistics support—from supply chain planning and time-sensitive LTL to middle mile transportation and base delivery coordination.
This move positions Princeton Aerospace & Defense as a trusted logistics partner for mission-critical operations, helping both emerging and established government contractors scale with confidence and dependability.
