PRISM Logistics, a prominent third-party logistics provider in Northern California, has acquired the assets of San Jose Distribution Services (SJDS), following the retirement of the SJDS partners and the closure of their operations as of April 30, 2025.

Founded over six decades ago, SJDS built a reputation for excellence in warehousing and distribution services. As the partners of SJDS step into retirement, they selected PRISM Logistics to carry forward their legacy.
