Employee Feedback Drives Selection
The selection process for this honor is driven by employee feedback. Quantum Workplace administers a confidential survey capturing employee insights on various workplace factors, including how well the culture supports employees’ health and well-being. Honorees are chosen based on these survey results, making this recognition a direct reflection of employee experiences.
To qualify for the Best Places to Work in Kansas City, companies must have a minimum of five employees in the Kansas City area with a required number of employees completing the survey. The top three companies in each category will be announced at the Best Places to Work awards event on October 23rd at Arrowhead Stadium.
