A local 3PL reduces first- and last-mile distance to Northern Ontario customers and can enable zone-skipping to lower parcel spend. Expect lower local dray costs but evaluate carrier density on key lanes; some long-haul lanes to southern hubs may have different pricing dynamics, so compare lane-level quotes.
