In 1994, the private limited liability company "Vilniaus tranzitas" was established in the former warehouse and transport base. By order of the Customs Department, in 1995, a customs cargo post was established in the premises of UAB "Vilniaus Tranzitas", and in 1996, one of the first import-export terminals in Lithuania was established. Since 1999, "Vilniaus tranzitas" has belonged to the logistics company group "AD REM Group". Today, the warehouse facility includes an import and export terminal, open customs warehouses, distribution warehouses, open cargo storage areas, warehouses with various temperature regimes, axle and platform scales, automobile and railway ramps. New and modern loading equipment allows us to work quickly with large and heavy cargo. We can also service dangerous cargo. A professional team of customs brokers ensures fast and qualified customs clearance. The activities of the distribution warehouses and transport department are coordinated by the Logistics and Transit Center. To ensure liability to customers and carriers, all loading and warehousing work is insured by the company's civil liability insurance, and all stored goods are additionally insured by cargo insurance. The safety of goods is guaranteed not only by various passive security measures, but also by armed security working around the clock.
