Logistics Warehouse Inc. was founded by Doug Moore in January 2000 as a warehousing and local transportation company. From humble beginnings with just over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space and a handful of trucks, we have come a long way. Over the years, we have added several new services, such as Pic-Pack operations, e-commerce shipping, bottle inspections, specialty packing, bottle sorting, and more value-added services. Our commitment to customer satisfaction has driven our growth, and we have increased from serving just two customers to many large and mid-sized customers. We have also added yard jockey services for several customers and dedicated trucking and sleeper drivers for mid-range delivery for our customers. Our warehouses have also added various new services and customers. Our mission statement is “We pledge to our customers, our employees, and our company to always do the right thing in every circumstance.” This statement reflects our core values of honesty, integrity, concern, servanthood spirit, family-oriented, and customer-driven. These values are instilled in all our employees, from senior management to mid-level management to frontline workers. From 2009 to the end of 2022, we have seen continual growth, with each year seeing an average increase of 14.5% in revenues, from just over 2 million to just under 14 million. Our warehouse has grown from 100,000 square feet of space to now over 1.1 million square feet. We have also increased from 10 employees to well over 100. Our success is a result of our commitment to customer service and finding solutions for our customers’ ever-changing needs. We have a talented senior management team with experience in many different industries, and a mid-level management team with an equal diversity of expertise. This allows us to find solutions for our customer’s needs and provide personalized service that sets us apart from our competitors.
