Streamline was imagined through conversations during a break from shopping while sitting around a table at a weird little wine bar discussing problems the owners and their wives were facing both personally and professionally with long lead times, delayed or inaccurate shipments from ecommerce vendors struggling to keep up with demand, and challenges professionally sourcing available fulfillment offerings. The selection of vendors that could handle customized offerings and superior customer services was nonexistent. This made the founders start to think about why these problems existed and what they could do to change the industry for the better and provide small – medium sized business the tools the need to operate more efficiently and successfully. With an idea and a desire to be better Streamline was brought to life. Through countless hours of market research compiling customer experience questionnaires, talking one on one with ecommerce vendors, manufacturers, and business’s utilizing current fulfillment services, we carved a space for what will be the ultimate business shipping, fulfillment and logistics service for small to medium sized businesses.
