Founded in 1990, the company initially partnered with Huabang Frozen Foods Co., Ltd., handling the follow-up business of slaughtering land and waterfowl for export to Japan. Gradually, it transformed into a meat supplier, adding traditional prepared foods to supply the domestic market. It accumulated considerable scale. In 1997, Taiwan experienced a foot-and- mouth disease outbreak, causing disruption to the supply of poultry and livestock meat. In response, to ensure a stable and sustainable market supply, the company aimed to expand its operations to include all types of poultry, livestock, and aquatic products.
