We got our start in the fulfillment space in 2018 due to a dissatisfaction with the incumbant players. We previously operated Shopify and Amazon FBA businesses and saw how the fulfillment industry is filled with companies that fail to deliver. They were either too slow, unresponsive, or unwilling to offer specialty services (such as high-touch kitting) that we needed. We thought "We could do it better", and Ideal Fulfillment was born. Our passion is optimization. The world of fulfillment and logistics is filled with manual, error-prone, and unnecessary processes that create wasted time and effort. We are laser focused on implementing automation solutions to reduce error rates and improve efficiency, all while reducing cost to our clients.
