In July 2025, it became a consolidated subsidiary of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. (hereinafter “NLG”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nichirei Corporation. NLG is a leading company in temperature-controlled logistics in Japan. With logistics hubs primarily in Japan and Europe, NLG ranks 5th in the world in terms of refrigerated storage capacity (According to GCCA “Global Top 25 List”), and is actively expanding its presence in the ASEAN region, including Malaysia. This business consolidation enables NLG to strengthen its local presence in Malaysia.
