Deliverzen was founded in 2017 with the mission to provide the best service in the order fulfillment industry. After handling the shipping and logistics for our own brand, we realized how much of a pain point this piece of the delivery process was for other brands. It was too complex just to ship an order to our customers. Inventory was difficult to manage, sending a custom order to a customer or influencer was a headache, returns was a nightmare, and making any changes had to be approved by multiple different people that were more worried about their title than actually serving the customer. So we thought to ourselves why not make this easier. We wanted to make shipping simple.
