The company became a subsidiary of LOGISCO in 2000 but was repurchased by Drew Harriss, John Kiser, and Herb Harriss in 2005. In 2009, the company's name was changed to Kiser Harriss Chemical Distribution Centers to more accurately reflect the ownership and chief core competency of the company.
