The company started its operations on September 16, 1985 having Asia Brewery Incorporated (ABI) and Fortune Tobacco Corporation (FTC) as its initial clients. Later on, the company expanded its operations to serve the transportation needs of the other Allied Group of Companies of FTC and later on ABI which included Tanduay Distillers Inc., Grandspan Development Corp., Himmel Industries, Philippine Airlines, Asian Alcohol and several other outside clients. Therefore the company is holding its main office and terminal at Barrio Sala, Cabuyao, Laguna with sub-stations located in Santan (Marikina City), Cabuyao (Laguna), Quiapo (Manila), and El Salvador (Misamis Oriental).
