Ryan Industries, Inc. (RII) was started in 1995 by Brenda Ryan its President and Owner. RII provides a variety of services in warehousing, contract packaging, kitting, light assembly, fulfillment, and distribution. RII, with Stellantis, developed an initiative with respect to service components, to shorten the supply chain, save freight and reduce administrative costs. RII purchases the service components from the Tier I suppliers, packages, and ships the product directly to the Dealer Network. This innovative approach has significantly reduced the OEM’s total inventory. In addition, RII also receives and re-packages components from off-shore suppliers on both a Tier I and Tier II basis. The components are distributed to the Stellantis assembly plants as required. As a Tier II to Ford, RII performed final cosmetic inspection and assembled the tire pressure monitoring systems to aluminum wheels while providing testing and traceability for each component. The wheels were then shipped directly to the Ford Assembly Plants. This service was performed for an offshore supplier.
