Southshore is a privately held and managed group of integrated third party logistics companies established in 1978 providing warehousing logistics, fulfillment, quality control services, transportation services and real estate leasing and development to its customers. The Southshore Companies have expanded beyond the initial St. Joseph, Michigan operation to include locations in Benton Harbor, Bridgman, Kalamazoo and White Pigeon, Michigan; Elkhart and Anderson, Indiana; Normal, Illinois; York, Nebraska; and Spencer, Iowa. The Southshore Companies control approximately 2 million square feet of commercial warehouse space and specialize in supply chain logistics. The Southshore Companies have experienced strong and steady growth since 1978.
