Our story started nearly 40 years ago with just a man, a van and some sofa beds. At just 19 years old, a young entrepreneurial Gary Rees saw a business opportunity and decided not to let his visual impairment hold him back, so he hired a driver. Suddenly Gary found himself working within the logistics industry, soon to become Synergy Retail Support. Fast forward nearly 40 years, and the humble man and van business has now established itself into a 3PL and eCommerce fulfilment powerhouse. Located in Northamptonshire, operating 7 days a week , with over 280 team members, processing and distributing tens of thousands of orders and returns daily. Over time, Synergy Retail Support have innovated and evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of both the market and clients. From managing mail orders in the early ’90s, to TV sales fulfilment and now today’s eCommerce world. But the one thing that will never change is Gary and Synergy’s commitment and passion to clients and customers which remains at the forefront of the business
