Choose assembly when components must be physically joined, tested, or certified before shipping. Examples: electronics with battery installation and power-on testing, furniture requiring partial build, or medical devices needing calibration or sterilization steps. Assembly improves customer experience by delivering ready-to-use products and consolidates warranty and quality control at the distribution site.
