Lower real-estate and wage levels versus large metropolitan hubs can reduce per-order costs, but evaluate seasonal labor supply, temp agency relationships, and training programs. Confirm 3PLs offer flexible labor pools, overtime policies and seasonal pricing to scale without compromising SLAs.
