Include inbound freight, customs and duties, storage fees, pick-and-pack labor, kitting/assembly charges, last-mile delivery, returns processing, and technology/connectivity costs. Build a scenario model (volume, SKU mix, peak surcharges) to compare true total cost, not just per-pallet rates.
