Negotiate clear SLAs (order accuracy, ship window, inventory accuracy), transparent pricing (storage, handling, receiving, and outbound), minimum volume commitments, and termination clauses. Include KPIs with financial penalties or credits for missed SLAs, and regular business reviews for continuous optimization.
