“TransWarrants was born in the 1980s, the result of the union of two friends, with a clear purpose: to develop the warrants business as a financial instrument for the control and administration of guarantees on various types of products. In 1992, the company began a process of strategic diversification by incorporating the logistics business, giving rise to TW Logística, with the objective of responding to the growing supply and distribution needs at the national level.
