Prioritize accurate single- and multi-SKU picking, real-time inventory sync (WMS/API), returns processing, kitting/assembly, and packaging flexibility. Also assess exceptions management, order cycle times, and integrations with marketplaces and carriers.

Include storage and handling tariffs, inbound/outbound transport, customs or local duties, labor, utilities, inventory carrying costs, and potential surcharges for value-added services. Run scenario models for SKU velocity and seasonal demand to validate total landed cost.
