Look for certified cold-storage chambers with redundant HVAC and power, racked storage for efficient footprint use, sufficient dock doors and staging, integrated WMS with lot/batch traceability, QA areas for inspection and kitting, and documented procedures for temperature monitoring and contingency handling.
