Negotiate clear unit rates for storage, receiving, picking, and packing; define accessorials (pallet in/out, shrinkwrap, returns) and billing cadence. Include minimum service levels, volume tiers, termination terms, and service credits for SLA breaches to limit exposure to surprise charges.
