Model fixed and variable costs: storage per pallet/sku, receiving and putaway, pick-and-pack labor, outbound freight, minimums, handling for returns and special services, plus inventory carrying cost and potential chargebacks for SLA misses.

Include clear KPIs for order accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, and cycle times; pricing appendices for surcharges; penalties or credits for SLA failures; insurance and liability clauses; and audit and termination rights to manage performance risk.
