Negotiate transparent pick/pack and storage rates, minimums, indexation clauses, and peak-season pricing. Clarify SLA metrics, chargeback terms for errors, inventory reconciliation cadence, and technology fees to avoid hidden cost escalation and ensure predictable unit economics.

Require API or EDI integrations for real-time inventory, order status, and ASN; configurable WMS workflows for multi-channel order routing; and reporting dashboards for KPIs. Also confirm support for returns processing, lot/serial tracking, and scalable labor plans for peak events.
