Our company was founded in 1858, during the presidency of Justo José de Urquiza, beginning as a dry pasta factory (Molino y Fábrica de Pastas Alimenticias Tacuarí). In 1887, we became one of the founding members of the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA). In 1907, we expanded into the manufacture of industrial refrigeration equipment for food storage and preservation, utilizing cutting-edge technology for the time, with European machinery. From that moment on, we led the way in incorporating technology into the sector and adapting to market demands. In 1920, we created a new business unit dedicated to the production of food-grade ice. In 1981, another business unit was established to provide services to the healthcare sector. Following a remodeling of the chambers and the incorporation of new cold handling and generation technologies carried out in 2016, a new expansion project was conceived in 2017, for which we have acquired a property in the Cañuelas Industrial Park, where we will build new facilities that will allow us to triple our current capacity. Our vision is to be leaders in providing solutions for the refrigerated product supply chain.
